DEX is supporting the delivery of Victoria Riverside, a major residential development within the wider Victoria North masterplan.

Victoria North is a long-term regeneration project transforming Manchester’s northern edge into a new, connected neighbourhood. As the developer, FEC is delivering homes, commercial space, and public realm designed to support city-centre living at scale.

Victoria Riverside is a key part of this vision. Located close to Manchester city centre, the development delivers 634 new apartments and townhouses, alongside active ground-floor commercial space along Dantzic Street. These uses are designed to bring life to the street and support a functioning, mixed-use neighbourhood from day one.

DEX works closely with the wider development, design, and operational teams, providing continuity from concept through to delivery. This model allows for a deeper understanding of the scheme’s intent, tighter coordination across disciplines, and decisions that prioritise build quality, durability, and long-term performance.
